Unfortunately, I have requested an investigation into Trey Coopers real Estate practices through the Georgia Real Estate commission. I closed on a house in Atlanta on 4/7/23 yet the house is still listed on Redfin as pending. It is now 4/26/22 almost three weeks later and he still has not removed it or listed the house as sold. This is unacceptable and I am in consultation with my attorney.

Im an investor who was interested in a property that Real Estate Trey Cooper had listed. I called Trey he answered and was very courteous and helpful. We arranged to meet that day and within hours I met Trey. He provided the best service that any agent Ive ever worked with could offer. But this is how he operates daily so its the norm for him. Every time I called he was able to answer and handle any questions that I had. I actually learned so much from having Trey as an agent. He gave me enough time to complete a thorough walk through of the home and he knew about the history of the home which helped a lot. Some agents are clueless on the minor details but not Trey. Hes very prompt and professional, and he will close ASAP thats not something he lets fall to the waist side. Home was under contract within 3 days and sold within 5 days.
