Courtney is amazing!!! Im a new investor and still learning. I had my first official closing experience and it was difficult for me, the hurdles and hoops I had to go through were frustrating. But fortunately for me Courtney was the sellers agent. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly. He communicated with me about the process so I actually learned ALOT!! He was very professional and courteous even when I was getting frustrated. I dont know how he does it. He is the best agent ever!! I would love to have him for every investment property that I have. I knew Courtney would be the right Realtor for the huge tasks I had on my to do list. 1) Estate my moms home 2) Facilitate the sale of my mothers home and, 3) Aid me in finding a home for my new transition, I had to start.
