We met Michael in March, referred by some friends who recently had sold their house with Michaels assistant. We interviewed other realtors, but decided on Michael because he really knew our area. That was the best decision we could have ever made! We had lived in this house we had built for almost 26 yearsit was our first real home together. We raised our daughter and 3 pups in that beautiful place! But, we knew as ambivalent as we were, it was time to move. Michael was so kind and gracious, and extremely patient, with us. First he gave us suggestions and words of wisdom for things to do to prepare our house. It was much less than we thought we needed to do, but Michael knew exactly what he was talking about! We followed his recommendations and finally decided to put our house on the market in mid May. Michael really was at our sides for the entire process! He prayed with us and for us, built us up when we were down, communicated with faithfully and celebrated with us when our house soldjust as he said it would!!! He is confident, truthful and so trustworthy. Michael Sims is a wonderful human and an awesome realtor! We are so thankful to our neighbors for recommending him to us! We sold our home of 26 years and moved close to our grandchildren and never looked back! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Michael! I highly recommend Michael Sims! My husband and I had lived in our home for more than 20 years. We were totally out of practice selling a home. Michael assured us that the process would be easy and that hed take care of us each step of the way. I only half-believed him our prior move had not been particularly smooth. But he totally delivered! Michael is a consummate professional who goes above and beyond. Hes also a genuinely wonderful, big-hearted person. We couldnt be more pleased. Recently recommended Michael to a friend who was moving out-of-state and they had the same top-notch experience. Big thumbs up highly recommend!
