I have worked with many realtors through the years, but Phylicia Harvey is by far the best. Not only does Phylicia have great communication but she stays on top of every date, activity, and aspect of the deal. She safeguarded all my funds EVERY step of the way. When we finally closed, I told the closing agent to make sure Phylicia was paid because she is worth her weight in gold. My family loves Phylicia! Phylicia has been assisting me in my home search the past few months.
