Kevin made my home buying experience. I am a first time home buyer in Atlanta and buying a house was a journey. I had a million questions on different avenues I could take to buy from buying land with a prefab tiny home to renovations, Kevin patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Kevin went above and beyond on every house to double check and give his honest opinion on big ticket items like HVAC, foundation, roof, plumbing and electric. Kevin knows Atlanta backwards and forwards, he was able to get an understanding of the neighborhood I wanted to live in and start making recommendation of neighborhoods I hadn't previously thought of. I am forever grateful for Kevin's help in all the ups and downs of home buying. It was great to have him in my corner!

Kevin is great. I am so happy he was my realtor and helped me find my first home. Kevin walked me through every step of the process and patiently answered my hundreds of questions. His knowledge of Atlanta and it's neighborhoods coupled with his awareness of structural and inspection concerns were huge assets throughout the process.
