He is always available for whatever buying or selling crisis comes up; he has a great network of contacts for lending, staging, home improvement, etc.; and has had a solution for every unusual situation we threw at him. We're first-time home buyers who were very fortunate to work with Kevin. He was a real pro throughout the entire process. At the start, Kevin used his great knowledge of the Atlanta market (and listening skills!) to help us narrow in our home search criteria and zones - including giving us candid feedback when budget ranges didn't quite line up with certain things. We really appreciated that. Kevin was also very responsive and proactive about sending across homes. We toured about a dozen properties with Kevin, then found our home. It was a multiple offer situation that Kevin helped us navigate. He specifically helped us structure an offer that kept our discipline, while allowing flexibility to be the "last look" from the offer structure.
