My husband and I were starting the process of preparing our home to be sold and wasn't sure where to start. I called Courtney and she walked us through all the things we needed to complete in order to prep the home properly (that would be important from a Buyer's perspective). She also covered various pricing strategies, being prepared for buyer inspections and coordinating the final move, among other things. She took her time explaining and was very informative. I appreciated how genuine and straight forward Courtney was with us. Everything she shared was educational and helpful.
