Ahkima is beyond AMAZING! She maintains professionalism, she listens, is very active, and very honest!! During our time together, I feel she knew more of what I wanted than myself at times! Lol. I am happy that we had great relationship during this time and even though Ive closed already, she is still just a call away and provides great advice for me as a new homeowner! I highly recommend working with her if youre in search of a new home!!

Ahkima is a wonderful realtor! My friend worked with Ahkima to buy her home during the beginning stages of the pandemic. Initially, I thought my friend was crazy, but Ahkima got them their dream home in a most unpredictable time. Fast forward two years and I decided to move forward to find my final home with home prices and rates rising in the blink of an eye. I chose Ahkima to walk me through this process. She was reassuring, patient, and most importantly REALISTIC. She had a definite plan of action to find a home and sale mine seamlessly. I was determined not to move twice. Well, she did it! Now, there were a few bumps in the road (beyond our control), but she cushioned every speed bump with positivity and alternatives to meet my goal. What I like most about Ahkima is that she is NOT pushy ("Hurry up and buy a house already so I can get this money" personality). She is patient and allows you to make decisions that are best for you. Also, she makes you feel like you are her ONLY client. I was not, but the way she fit me in to see houses that just popped on the market made me feel that way. Finally, she is knowledgeable and realistic. You need that balance, especially in THIS market. She shared her knowledge, kept me honest to myself (she would often remind me of my wishlist and tell me I was compromising my goals), and laid out the pros and cons in every scenario. I am thankful that I am writing this review in a home that checks most of the boxes on the list of things I asked God for. I believe God sent Ahkima to be His earthly agent to manifest His promises. You will not be disappointed with Ahkima! Be blessed!

Ahkima is the absolute best at what she does and is truly a gem in the real estate industry. During these unprecedented times post pandemic, purchasing a home for most people is incredibly unpredictable and overwhelming. Working with Ahkima made the process enjoyable and stress-free. There were times where my husband and I wanted to just give up and delay our home buying journey, but we were so equipped with the knowledge and support that she offered, we were able to get exactly what we were looking for. I might also add, with our busy schedules and large family, we were not the easiest clients to work with at times; Ahkima showed a tremendous amount of patience and understanding throughout the entire process. She was such a pleasure to work with, and it was a joy having her to walk alongside during our home buying journey. We are preparing to purchase our second home I would ABSOLUTELY hire her again and AGAIN! I was expecting our fourth baby during the process, and she even gifted me a cleaning for our move in to lighten the load. We LOVE her! If you or anyone you know is in the market for buying, she is DEFINITELY your gal!
