When I started the process of purchasing my first home, my anxiety was at an all time high. I found a few realtors and decided to ask them all a few questions (my interview process). Needless to say, Kema was hired and made my buying process very smooth one. She shared her expertise through every step of the process. There was never a time I didnt receive an answer to questions that came up. In an extremely competitive market, I still had many options. I will definitely hire her again.

Exceptional Working with Kema was a great experience. She was very professional and the communication was excellent. She worked very hard to buyers/agents to get my house sold. She always communicated with me in every step of the process to ensure I fully knew where we were in the process. Kema, has been in the business for a long time and keeps track of what is going on in the market. So she can give some practical advice based on her experience and market trends. Again, it was great experience and I look forward to working with Kema again to buy my next home.

Kema is tier one. The service and experience was amazing, she went above and beyond what we were used to. My wife and I had just sold our house with another realtor and the experience was lack luster, and we thought that was the norm. However, buying our home with Kema was the complete opposite, she raised the bar and showed us what customer service and client experience is truly about. Shes outstanding and extraordinary. There are good realtors, great realtors, and then there's Kema. She's in a league of her own in my opinion. After my husband and I had a bad experience with a realtor, a friend of mine recommended Kema. We reached out but we're treading lightly after our first experience with the other realtor. Kema felt like the right fit from the first conversation. We didn't feel like a commission, but actual people she genuinely wanted to help. And what set her apart in the process was that she listened to and remembered everything we talked about. She even anticipated our needs beforehand on several occasions. She went to bat for us to get us what we wanted at the best deal possible. Her knowledge of real estate and investments and her resources run deep. She quickly got us the inspectors we needed for our due diligence period ... during a holiday weekend (don't know what magic she worked for that one lol)! She was always there for us if we had questions, and throughout the whole process her energy was so cool and reassuring. We just recommended her to a family member, and Kema helped her get her first house too. I don't recommend folks lightly, but I highly recommend Kema!
