I cant say enough about what a pleasant and thorough experience I have had with Eric. He is passionate about what he does, he thinks through the process and is patient. He took ever so much care to make sure that he was available and answered every question that I had. He is an investor himself, so he understands how to work with investors as well. He is meticulous in everything that he does. Eric thinks outside of the box and is an absolute value add to anyone he encounters. His follow up is impeccable. I never once had to worry about anything being missed on any parties side of the transaction. Im very fortunate to have met and worked with him and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get to closing on time.
