Ive worked with many realtors over my 30+ years as an investor and Emily is absolutely one of the best. She is smart, tenacious and so dedicated to her profession. I was helping my adult children buy there first home and was thrilled that their first home buying experience was able to benefit from the skills that Emily possesses. Emily kept digging until she found the perfect property for these first time buyers. She made this such a great experience for them. Would highly recommend Emily.

Emily is first class. I was able to sell my townhouse AND buy a new construction home with her help! Selling the townhouse was made easy by Emily. We talked about what I wanted out of it and what needed to be done and the realistic outcome. She definitely had my back during negotiations for the sale. The new construction buy was a great experience. I didnt even know you could negotiate things for new construction, but again Emily had my back and got the builder to add on a bunch of extras without any additional cost. She definitely has that gift of attention to detail, and I felt I could trust her 100% of the way. I never felt pressured to close in on any home we took a look at, I really felt she had our best interest in mind rather than the sell. Thanks for everything Emily!!!

Ive always held off on buying a home because I was scared of the stressful process, but Emily and Anthony made everything very easy! Emily is AMAZING, she was with me through every step of the home buying process answering any questions I had. Not only were they there through the home buying process but 2 years later they still check in and really care for their clients. I would highly recommend working with the wheeler group!
