She keeps a cool head in hot situations, and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She has their best interest at heart, and will not leave the attorneys' office until the best closing pictures are taken!

Kat recently sold a property I owned in Macon, Ga. She did her research to price my home right for the market conditions in Macon. She held open houses and did an effective marketing campaign to increase traffic. She even advised me not to do a price reduction back in March, then presented me with a FULL PRICE OFFER the following week! Kat proved herself to be trustworthy, dedicated, and professional. She exceeded my expectations and I'm eager to work with her on future deals. I highly recommend her to my friends and family with full assurance that she will look out for their best interest!

There was a realtor that was recommended for me to use by the name of Leah Nascimento before I met Kat that sent me a $3000.00 invoice to send me the MLS list and assist me with a rental. I could not believe it, I had never heard of such a thing! Luckily, I found Kat by pure luck & I am so glad I did! I have been using realtors for years in Miami & Orlando, FL as that is where I use to live & I have never ever had such a caring, down to earth, competent & professional realtor!! I just did my walk through yesterday and moved from Orlando, FL to Georgia and she made it so easy. Always available to help me, no matter how annoying I was, she went above and beyond even when I bothered her during her vacation. This lady works hard and deserves all the credit I could give her!
