I had the hardest time closing on a home in my first initial search for becoming a first time home owner. Due to Covid and the competitive housing market at the time I had put in multiple offers and was unable to get my offers accepted. My original realtor, that I had for over a year, did not see me as a main priority and I was basically doing all the leg work myself. I eventually terminated our contract and now needed a another realtor. Juanetta reached out to me via email to see if I was still interested in a community I had previously inquired about. From our very first conversation she made sure I was well informed on every aspect of the community and new construction process. She connected me with the best lenders to ensure I found a rate I was comfortable with. She also answered the thousand questions I had without hesitation, because I was a first time home owner on my own. Throughout the entire duration of this process Juanetta provided me with weekly updates to make sure I was well informed in every aspect. I now not only see her as my realtor, but also as a friend.
