I cannot say enough good things about working with Dixon. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough and kind. He helped us find the perfect home for us as first-time buyers, even when we were getting dejected by the current market situation. He always made himself available when we needed to see a house. We always had urgency because houses in our area were selling within a few hours. And he never minded seeing a house with us even if we knew it might not be the right fit. He was also HONEST and told us exactly when he thought a house wasn't worth the asking price (and he was right!!). He always had a good idea of the true price. He helped us be patient and wait for the perfect house instead of buying something we didn't like just because we were feeling desperate. Also very helpful in finding lenders and contractors, making competitive offers and writing contract terms in our favor. Best, best realtor in Atlanta. I've recommended him to everyone. I wish we were looking for more houses just so we could keep working together!

Dixon is an exceptional realtor. Buying a house is an extremely important decision, and you want to be lead by a knowledgable opinion while simultaneously feeling like your needs are being heard. Dixon goes a step above this: he took the time to genuinely understand what it is we were looking for, and lead us on the path to our perfect home with his expertise and diligence. Even in such a trying market, not once did our confidence waver about finding our home here in Atlanta, which is absolutely due to his being as dedicated as he is personable in nature.
