Trying to condense every wonderful experience I've had with Janet over the last year into an online review would do her no justice, so I will stick to the most recent. In the last two and a half months, she has looked at places on my behalf, coached me through this crazy market, written multiple offers on different properties, and as of June 4th, we closed on my first home. I have failed to mention that I am currently living in Florida and did not see the property in person until the closing day. Janet handled the inspection company, met an HVAC specialist at the property, and was super communicative and helpful with all my questions. I don't think I could have done this with any other realtor; Janet has been my rock. I cannot recommend her enough.

There arent really words to describe how grateful my husband and I are to Janet for how wonderful she was during our (first!) home buying experience. We met her randomly when we walked into an open house last year and her vibe made such a impression with us that we sought her out when we were ready to buy six months later. She guided us through every step and didnt mind answering my million questions. She was so very helpful, kind, and communicative, but she also fought for us to get the best possible deal and is obviously an absolute pro. As soon as we described our long list of wants in a home, she immediately understood exactly what we were looking for and no joke, we found our dream home and came to an agreement within 2 weeks (we had the LOWEST offer by the way). She connected us with a bunch of other wonderful people along the way- from lenders to pest control to carpet people, making this experience as easy and painless as possible. We really dont have anything but wonderful things to say about her. After we left the closing my husband asked me do you think Janet would want to just hang out with us sometime for fun? Haha! An absolute joy to work with, I cant recommend her enough.

Janet is an awesome realtor and wonderful person! We met her completely by chance when going to open houses in our search for a new home. The house wasnt exactly what we were looking for but, it just seemed to click between Janet and us. Over the next few months we looked at numerous different homes and also developed a friendship. Janet always had our best interest first and foremost. If we were unsure on a property, she gave the best advice for us instead of just rushing to get a commission. After we finally found the one, she continued to go above and beyond all expectations to help us and protect us all the way through the contract process until we finally closed. The process was particularly stressful for us due to our unique income situation and Janet continually stayed on top of everything to ensure we closed on our dream home. Janet is by far the best realtor weve ever had the pleasure of working with and you should too!

I recently worked with Janet to find a home to rent in the North Atlanta area. I needed to find a place to live very quickly as I was starting a new job and was moving from Texas. Janets warm, cheery personality helped ease my nerves as I was new to the area. Not only was she fun to work with but she made the process so very easy for me!
