In 2022, we were looking to sale our house in NJ and buy a home in GA. I found Tanya, as a result of the Google search for GA realtors. I read the great reviews/ feedback that her clients had for her, and decided to have a conversation with her. In the initial conversation, Tanya and I connected on a professional level. We decided that we will be a good fit for one another, since I was not in a rush to buy a house. Timeframe for us was anywhere from 6 months or more. Tanya was very responsive to my calls and texts. She was professional and kind. We viewed several properties, for which Tanya sent video tour that created personally for us since we were still residing in NJ. After search for a month or two, something happened in our personal life that would eventually delay the financing of the new home. Therefore, we informed Tanya that we would have to put a pause on the search for the property in GA and we will reach out when we are ready. She was so understanding, kind, and gracious. She ensured me that shell be here wherever we needed her. At this point, we still remained strictly on a professional level. We did not resume the property search for another 4 months. For the duration of those 4 months, Tanya continued to check in on me and my family. She reached out with her well wishes and good thoughts. Her positivity was contagious. That further reassured us that we chose the right person for the job. When we were ready, Tanya GOT TO WORK! She made sure we found a home that we loved. Our confidence in Tanya continued to grow, so we asked for a recommendation for a loan agent. She connected us to Steve from HFG. We faced a lot of issue during the closing the house in NJ due to the buyers team not doing their due diligence. Our closing were adjusted/delayed multiple times in GA due to it. My family of 6 and a dog came down to GA 1 week prior to closing on the house in NJ and GA. We stayed in a motel, waiting to close. However, the NJ closing, once again, was delayed. It forced us to remain in the motel with 4 kids and a dog for another week. The emotional, financial, and mental stress we were in was incomparable to anything Ive experienced before. Tanya always put us first and made sure she advocated for us with our builders. She fought tooth and nail for us when the builders were not agreeing to change the closing dates multiple times. Come closing day, NJ buyers were not ready to close. Steve and Tanya jumped into troubleshooting mode. They did EVERYTHING that they could to make sure that NJ closed on time, so we dont lose our earnest money and the home in GA. They literally did the work for the NJ team and kept them on their toes to get this done for us. They were professional and very knowledgeable in their respective field. They went above and beyond for me and my family. We dealt with many realtors, loan agents, and etc (in NYC NJ) since this it our 2nd time buying a home- I have never come across someone like Tanya and Steve. If it werent for them, we wouldnt have the house that we have today in beautiful GA. They have won our hearts and is now considered family. And that says a lot about them since we are very private people, we are protective of the life we are creating, the children we are raising, and our little world. We assess anyone- blood related or not- before inviting them into our personal and family life. Tanya and Steve definitely earned that place. And I am grateful to have them as a part of my team and our journey.

Tanya is great at what she does and is a sweetheart! She was by our side throughout the entire process and went over and beyond to ensure we were able to close the deal. She is easily accessible and was very encouraging throughout the process, especially for a first-time home buyer like me. Without her help, advice, and comforting words - I don't know if we would have made it through the process. For all my future residential purchases, I plan to go through Tanya. She's the real deal, she's a trooper and she really has your back. I never felt pushed to make a decision I didn't want to make and I really appreciate how understanding and patient she was throughout the process. She's family now.

Tanya is everything and more! So patient, so thorough, so strategic. She really is the best agent I could have asked. As a first time buyer and as someone with a complicated transaction, she was the saving grace of the whole process. Tanya will forever be my Georgia Agent and I would suggest her to anyone.
