I ordered a PlayStation five controller through Walmart from Aunt online the remote control came broken and it was claimed that it was new. I immediately bought it back to Walmart Walmart and we will see what happens next, but I will never buy another product from this company again and if I dont get my money back, I will be contacting my credit card company.. and a better business bureau

I'd leave negative stars if possible. I ordered an Xbox third party off Amazon and I was concerned about FedEx not being able to deliver it. Antonline was both entirely unwilling to help accommodate my needs as a customer. The employees are rude, nonresponsive, and stupid. They do not deserve your business.

Quite frankly appalled at the utterly disgusting customer service I received from this company. I have never been treated so poorly or talked to with such attitude from a so-called customer support employee in my life! I ordered an Xbox from Walmart as a third party. Delivery was quick, which is nice. However, I was not notified that I would have to sign for the package until after the delivery attempt was made. I tried to see if I could go to a FedEx store to pickup and sign. FedEx said I have to call the sender. A lot of good that does when the sender could care less whether you get what you ordered or not. In no way will they even attempt to try to help you or make adjustments. It's either you sit at home all day and miss work or your packages gets returned to the company. Not convenient at all.
