I worked with Sharday to sell and buy a house. She is the epitome of a professional! She is also someone who really cares about making sure her client is well-educated, beyond satisfied, and confident in their purchase and or sale. Sharday is wonderful to work with. She had a very quick response to my inquiry and helped me find multiple lease options with my exact specifications within the area I was looking. She even found rentals I did not think to consider at first. Thanks to her, I have a lot more options to browse through when I thought I didnt have too many.

Sharday is an amazing person and a hard core real estate agent. I dont know where to begin. I have been looking for houses with her for almost 2 years since I met her at an open house. She is very attentive to your requirements. She got us accepted to more than one offers even in the craziest market since 2021. She was extremely patient with us as my husband kept rejecting accepted offers because we werent absolutely sure of a house. She is extremely hardworking and I wont forget how she drove down miles for each showing, even when she wasnt in the best of her health. She is very aware of current market trends. Her strategies on placing offers finally got us the best house in the best location in Suwannee (walkable to the town center), at the fairest price. I now live in one of the best communities in Suwannee with deer in my backyard and lots of privacy, all thanks to Sharday. I always suggest my friends if you want a good house in any market, you need someone like Sharday . Also got to learn a lot from her experiences.

Sharday is truly the smartest most intentional real estate agent I've met.I'm an extremely detail-oriented person and I have also had my share of purchasing real estate. I truly have never worked with an agent who understood real estate as deeply as Sharday does while also knowing how to explain the process/ answer all of my many questions in a way that I could easily understand. Sharday also is unique in that she is also a real estate investor and therefore understands how to run numbers and make sure her clients make intelligent investment-worthy purchases whether it's their forever home or investment property.
