Diana Rojas Hohenberger was our REALTOR when our company moved us from Minnesota to Atlanta. My company gave me a list with the relocation agents for me and my wife to interview and choose one. However, one of our friends from Minnesota asked us to talk to Diana and interview her over the phone. We are so glad that we did! After talking to the Relo agents, we finally decided to hire Diana (who was Not on our company list) to represent us. From the get go, she provided us with excellent customer service! She helped us with our needs and wants; she assisted us in finding the right location for us, and also ensuring we found the best value for our investment. Diana assisted us diligently - beginning to end- We decided to buy a New Home and she made sure that she stayed on top of the contract with the builder. She has excellent communication skills and since Diana was part of the Pulte Homes Sales Team years ago, she knew what questions to ask; and how to effectively communicate with the Beazer sales team and construction team. We had a successful closing and now we are enjoying our new home. My wife and I highly recommend Diana. If you are looking to buy or sell, do yourself favor and hire her! Although the company I work for gave us a list of real estate agents to choose from, I am glad that my wife and I decided to interview and hire Diana Rojas Hohenberger, the REALTOR that a friend of ours recommended to us to buy a house in Atlanta. She provided us with excellent assistance when we decided to purchase our new home. She was very diligent at all times given her experience in the Georgia market and in particular regarding market conditions; the review of pre-purchase contracts and everything related to closing. EXCELLENT! Diana helped us with the process of buying our very first home. We had seen other realtors before her and we had lost hope on buying our home this year, But Diana made it happen.She cares for her clients like nobody else.We put 100% of our trust on Diana and she went Above and Beyond to deliver results.With Diana as your realtor you dont have to worry because she has your back.She truly cares.What impressed me the most is that she made sure we understood everything and we communicated DAILY.I dont know if any other realtor wouldve care and work as hard as she did! Diana assisted me & my husband in selling our first house and buying our new home in Alpharetta. She wad fully invested in the process of selling my house. Diana helped us with some of the staging making things look more beautiful and bringing our old backyard back to life. She used social media to advertise our property and did some successful Open Houses. Diana was very proactive in confirming all showing requests and at the same time sending us all the activity reports in order to keep us informed. She was always ready, helpful, caring, responsive, dedicated and passionate. There were no delays and we experienced smooth closings. Id recommend Diana to my friends. I already did and they were very happy too.

Diana was, quite simply, AMAZING in helping me and my family find a home in this difficult sellers market. Diana and her husband, Heith, worked tirelessly and fought hard for us to get the home we wanted. She helped us every step of the way to closing and was always very responsive to our questions. Believe me when I say her and Heith went out of their way to help us and we couldn't be happier! If you need to find a home in today's market, she's the one that you'll want on your side. Diana Hohenburger diligently worked to help my family find our new home in the Atlanta area. She went above and beyond to not only show us homes on nights and weekends, but to guide us through the process every step of the way. Diana was always 3 steps ahead which made the process very simple and efficient. She kept us informed of everything that was happening and prepared us for the next steps in the home buying process. We had a variety of homes to choose from and we were able to find the house that checked all the boxes for my family. I have purchased two homes previously and never imagined everything could go so smoothly. I am so happy we chose the best realtor in Atlanta area.
