Working with Alice was so much gun and made a potentially stressful process incredibly smooth. This was my first home purchase so I knew virtually nothing. She explained every step of the way to me so clearly, and dealt with my million and one questions. She was so communicative and I felt like I could reach out to her for anything and everything. She made me feel heard in my wants and needs in a home and fought on my behalf throughout the process (dont let the sweet smile fool you, shes fierce!). I loved working with Alice!! If you're looking for someone who will be there for you when you are needing something done quickly, she is the person. The market is still hot with many buyers, so timing is everything. Alice was there every step of the way to make sure all the many moving parts were in order.
