One of the most stressful aspects of selling your house is determining what is truly necessary to update/repair in a financially smart way and finding an agent you can trust to give you guidance. Amanda fit the bill perfectly. She was personable and communicative and was excellent at developing a sensible plan for getting our house ready for the market. As Amanda moved through our improvements, I was always invited to participate in selecting materials, but I trusted her judgment to select flooring, lighting, and enhancements that were stylish and affordable and created a cohesive look. In addition, Amanda has long-standing relationships with contractors in nearly every home-related area. I was always encouraged to get quotes from my own contractors, but ultimately, I ended up using the ones she recommended. Everyone was polite, professional and reasonable and it relieved any stress of wondering if they would do a good job. We had to move before our house was put on the market, but Amanda happily and efficiently managed all of our improvements while keeping us updated on the progress. She produced beautiful flyers and a home video which highlighted the special features of our house as well as the neighborhood. The house looked amazing when it went to market and we signed a contract within the first few days. Amanda made the home selling process as stress-free as possible and went above and beyond what we would expect from an agent. 100% recommend!

I've worked with Amanda on two purchases and can't say enough about her responsiveness and ability to focus on what I was looking for in a house. We would discuss my wish list and then I'd receive updates which were focused on my interest, not just a scattershot of what was coming on the market. Amanda truly exemplifies what you are looking for in an agent. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking in the Intown neighborhoods.
