Nicole is a fabulous realtor. She is very knowledgeable, and she has taught me a lot. Most people talk about how stressful buying a home could be. With Nicole, there was no stress, no drama, and it was very smooth easy going transaction for me. I love that Nicole is honest, caring and very patient. This was my first time buying a home and I really appreciate her patience and her teaching. She was flexile and worked with my busy, hectic schedule. Nicole was there for me every step of the way. I am truly blessed to have had Nicole during the process. I definitely recommend Nicole to anyone needing to purchase a home. She is simply the best at what she do "Hands Down".

I was looking for a realtor to assist with me relocating from NYC to Georgia. I had traveled up several times but the realtor I had failed to find me a home. I received Nicoles info and on the very first day, which was a Sunday, her team reached out to me!!!! They were amazing. Got on the phone with me right away. They sent me tons of homes and were considerate of my budget and needs. I didnt even have to travel to Georgia again. They did virtual tours and worked non stop until I found the home of my dreams. This was a new build so it took time but Nicole and Ashley were consistent and great with communication throughout the process. As a first time home buyer I didnt know what to expect. They were there whenever I had questions and made sure they followed up with any unanswered questions. Nicole was there to coach me through what to look for while doing the walk throughs and educated me about the home overall. When it was time to close she was there and was extremely helpful. When everything was done I couldnt thank her enough for all of her hard work and dedication. This group is amazing so if you are going to buy or sell a home, they are the ones to see!! Also, I referred my sister in-law whom they also found a home for within a month!! They are amazing!!!!!

I was referred to Nicole by my apartment manager. Oct 2020 I went under contract, I didn't have to do anything but have all my papers ready to go. Nicole & Team was legit, focused and on top of everything. I salute them til this day. I waited patient on my newly construction home. Feb 2021 I closed. I admire her strength, hustle and personality. She's definitely the lady you would want to connect with. Let her & her team get you right. Solid to death. Big Vibes

I am a Nicole Ambrose fan! I doubted that I could own a home after 20 years of renting. Nicole walked me through the process, took every call for every question that my wife and I could imagine. Nicole made our life long dream come true. I believe her to be a blessed woman who has a gift and a calling and is using her gift to serve. I will always be grateful for her motivation and faith in us to get it done. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Nicole Ambrose.
