This is a response to Mr Kevin Foster's comment: Dear Mr Kevin, I'm sure your experience with Elizabeth was positive because she had shown you her beautiful side. However, there's a different side we had experienced which was very unpleasant and unprofessional. And most of all, she broke her own code of ethics. Here are the proofs: She had told you that I wasn't a professional and don't even have excess to professional form. For your information, RE forms are provided by FMLS and are professional forms. She had been disrespectful towards me for not using GAR forms and because I am not a member of GAR, which is not required in state of Georgia. She told you that I hadn't meet my deadline (TWICE), was also untrue. Deadline for offers were on 6/6/2021 8PM, I had submitted our offer at 5:41pm on 6/6/2021. At 10:30 pm that evening, she responded that we were one of the three offers that you had chosen to consider if we would change some terms on our contract. Since, it was late, I called my client early next morning about this great news. While I was getting all require docs and client getting his proof of funds, She emailed me at 11:38 am saying "seller have decided to go with another offer". Feeling bummed. I have sent an email to Elizabeth, thanking her and let her know that my client was going to agree to all seller's terms and please let us know if seller changed his mind. At 6:02pm, she responded back with acceptance of our offer in need the offer in GAR form. At 8:48pm, I responded back apologizing that I am not a member of GAR, please send me a blank form and I can submit it back before midnight thinking she'll send the form right away. But instead, at 10:39pm, she sent me partial-filled GAR with incorrect closing date and many of data fields still unfilled. "I would like to have them signed and send back to me by 11:30 pm because I don't want to change any dates". Feeling unpleasant, because it is a common practice to let other party at least some reasonable time to go over any contract before they sign, I wanted to make this work so I called my buyer to see if he's available to sign. It was signed and sent back to her at 11:51 pm that evening. Mr Kevin, I am not quite sure which deadlines she had told you that I haven't met. She told you that I was incompetent so she did all the work!? Sir, please have her share these email proofs that I have mentioned with you and see for yourself. I have included one of her unprofessional email here in response to our termination notice. I thanked her and hope seller would find the perfect buyer very soon.....

The one negative review is dead wrong. Liz did ALL of the other agents work because they had issues. No agent should work with those buyers.
