Ali has been amazing in helping us find and successfully obtain our dream home, and sell our previous home, in this extremely tough market. Ali is PHENOMENAL at what she does. She wrote out a detailed strategy for the purchase of our property. During the home search process she was extremely helpful (also extremely patient with our 1,000,000 questions). Alix was wonderful. Had to sell my home on short notice fir a work move out of state and Alix did an excellent job in advising me what adjustments to make to rhe home and what would not give me a return in investment, in listing the property and in getting me a quick sale at an optimum price even while the sellers market was slowing significantly and interest rates were rising. I would highly recommend Alix for any home sale or purchase, in any market conditions.

For a while, I didn't fully understand what value a real estate agent actually provided. That changed after my experience with Ali - she is incredibly responsive and communicative, engaging, transparent and impartial. Ali's guidance, familiarity and understanding of the market and ability to understand what the selling agent was looking for in a strong offer proved instrumental in the closing of a transaction during this challenging buyer's market. Ali spent significant time scoping out selling agents, what they were looking for in offers and conducted very helpful market research to help me put together offers. Ali's contacts such as the mortgage loan officers, home inspectors etc. were fantastic to work with, minimized stress and were well priced. Overall great experience working with Ali!
