Coldwell Banker: Kim Russell

LOVED working with her. She was organized and meticulous in her planning of the houses we would visit. Very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help in any way. My close went very smooth with Kim handling all issues seamlessly. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her again if the need arises.

Selling and buying is stressful and time consuming and Kim made the entire process for me as easy and as stress free as the experience can possibly be. She is trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable about the Atlanta real estate market, does her homework when required, gains a true understanding of your lifestyle in order to better understand your wants and needs then matches appropriate properties for consideration, is flexible with your schedule (mine is always whacky and challenging) and has a keen eye for what can be "fixed" easily and not. She is definitely passionate about what she does and it shows. I don't know that just any realtor would go beyond the call of duty not once, but multiple times to help her clients - Kim does. When my schedule would not allow me to meet an inspector or the moving company agent, Kim did so on my behalf. I could not have made a better choice than to hire Kim to help me both sell and buy. I highly recommend Kim!
