It is not enough amazing words on this earth that I can say about Erica. My mom referred her to me and I am so thrilled she did. Erica is a ball of energy with lots of knowledge about any and everything. We were first time homebuyers and we couldnt have completed this journey without her into a new construction home in Georgia. She made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions I needed too. Working with Erica to sell my condo was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end! Despite the global pandemic and resulting challenges (where my building no longer allowed live showings) Erica was professional, flexible, communicative and creative. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Atlanta market, and easily the most organized real estate professional I have ever worked with. I actually called her a week out from closing, panicking that I was missing something, because I didn't believe the process could be this seamless! We have used Erica twice now, this time to sell the house she helped us find. It was a bittersweet time for us due to the circumstances but Erica made is so much easier to handle! She made the process so easy, keeping in touch with us with every showing via text (she will call if you would rather that). We always knew what to expect with Erica and never had a surprise.
