Since I had worked with Steve Bighouse in the past when purchasing other properties, he was the first person I called to help with selling my home years later. Steve immediately went to work on a marketing plan, and helped me with deciding the best way to stage the house to attract buyers from perspectives. Steve created a wonderfully worded listing that blew away the competition. The house went under contract only 2 days after his listing hit the internet. During the escrow period, Steve continued to work hard to overcome any obstacles and he even went to the city zoning office to clear up a legality matter regarding a basement apartment. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill Steve used to get the job completed. Steve is professional, yet approachable and just a nice guy.
