Having known Jaimie since we were in third grade, it was easy to trust her with this huge life decision but I was truly blown away by her professionalism, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond for my grandmother and I during the whole house-buying process. From calling tree (and foundation, plumbing, electrical, etc.) professionals, to weeding out the less-savory sellers, to providing real, non-sugar coated advice - she made the experience bearable and fun. I strongly urge anyone who is house hunting to use her services -- will not regret it!

The short of it? We love Jaimie DeMunn and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor in this crazy market -- or in any market, really!
The long version -- I don't even know where to begin regarding our experience with Jaimie. My husband and I decided to begin house hunting in one of the most ridiculous markets we can remember. But with a new baby on the way, our rent going up in August for a townhouse that was already too small, and desperately wanting to be homeowners, we had no choice but to tough it out and jump in feet first.
This was my first home buying experience and while I'm the type to research things to death to understand how everythings work, I didn't with home buying. Jaimie taught me everything I needed to know and broke down all the technical things in a way that I understood. That alone was worth the five stars! We started looking in April of 2022 with a hopeful closing date and keys to our new home before August 1st, 2022 when my husband's older children needed to be settled for the new school year.
Home buying was NOT an easy task in this market but Jaimie kept us optimistic, informed, and hopeful. We placed MANY bids over three months and each time we were passed by, Jaimie helped evaluate our offer so we would have a better chance next time. She always maintained a positive attitude of "if this one isn't the one, we will find a better one." And our final house was JUST that.
Jaimies communication style matched the hustle and bustle of our lives and was the perfect level of communication without being burdensome. Sometimes it was a quick text update, sometimes it was a phone call. However, she was very courteous of our time and always made sure we had a minute to talk before diving in. I greatly appreciated that as both of our careers don't always give us time to just drop everything and take a call.
Jaimie also worked around our busy work schedule and often dedicated a whole morning/afternoon to looking at houses on a WEEKEND day. Especially with her commute from Atlanta, I often felt bad that she had to drive up to Kennesaw but she never complained and always had a smile on her face and a coffee in her hand. She truly made the whole experience about us and never hinted that it was "work" for her. I appreciated that so much.
If you're looking for a realtor that won't blow smoke up your booty, wont try to nickel and dime you, will tell you like it is, will communicate efficiently, shows up on time, rolls up her sleeves and makes things happen, and is always available to help the newbie understand what's happening, look no further than Jaimie DeMunn. She truly is a diamond in this market!
