Julia was an excellent realtor! She guided us expertly through the process and made sure all of our questions (even the stupid ones) were answered. I cant imagine ever using a different realtor in the future.

Julia was on it from the beginning! Not only is she friendly and accommodating, but she is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Julia made the process stress-free (as much as it can be when buying a house). I highly recommend Julia and would absolutely recommend her and plan to use her again if needed.

Julia Bryan did an amazing job finding us the perfect home in Smyrna, GA! We were relocating from Charleston, SC, and she made the process so easy even though we were living in Charleston through the whole process. Her early recommendations on areas that would work well for us were spot-on and helped us narrow down our neighborhood search quickly. She then showed us all the different types of homes available at our price-point, which helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted even more. After putting an offer in on a house, she recommended a great inspector, and she helped us decide that it wasn't the right one for us. She quickly put together an offer on a different house and we beat out 11 other offers to end up in the perfect home! Some last minute hiccups slowed down the closing process, but Julia held the sellers accountable and made sure there were solutions before we could even be worried about them. We are so thankful she made a complicated process so smooth, and got us in the perfect home!
