Chris did a fabulous job in a pinch. We suddenly decided to move from Dallas, TX to Marietta, GA. We had one weekend to see everything that was on the market (that we had interest in). Chris timed the day perfectly, seeing 10 homes in one day. The next day we put in our offer, then came the fun!! This was a flip and we had several inspections done that you don't normally do. Chris was great in the negotiation process and it saved us $7000 on repairs. We would defiantly use Chris Hall again.

Chris was very responsive and always available. He assisted me throughout the process and offered advice to ensure I was fairly represented. We toured several condos based on my requirements in different neighborhoods to give me a good sense of what was available and what my options were.

Christopher is unbelievably professional, hardworking and dedicated - be genuinely loves his job. He made the home buying process so much easier for me - and it was definitely a rollercoaster in this market. He is the best of the best and I would recommend him to any and everyone looking to buy. He is insanely knowledgeable and a bull dog, which everyone needs when buying a home! Not to mention he has a wonderful, bubbly personality!

Christopher helped us buy our current home in 2018. He was so patient with us! We didnt know where around Atlanta we wanted to move and he found so many properties for us to look at. He listened to what we wanted and was available to answer questions or give suggestions. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and we will definitely use him when were ready to move again! Update: Christopher helped us sell our home earlier this year and buy property to build our new home. He was incredibly responsive to our needs of selling during the pandemic! He got us the best price for the sale of our home and the purchase of our property. He is a consummate professional and we highly recommend him!!
