From the moment I selected Jennifer as my realtor, the journey was smooth. She connected me with the greatest financing company I've ever worked with, as this is not my first home purchase. Jennifer made sure I knew what I qualified for, so as we toured homes, we would be able to put a contract on a house if needed, as homes are selling fast in Atlanta. I gave Jennifer a list of my must haves and my wants and my reasons for the lists. Even when I tried to veer off my original wants by getting caught up in how a home looked, she would gently nudge me back into reality and reminded me of why I was moving from my previous home. I had a list of homes that I wanted to see, and we did. None of them were what I wanted. But Jennifer obliged me because I was the buyer. I threw my hands up and told her I did an awful job of looking for homes. The next time we went looking for homes she took me to see the ones she had selected. I fell in love with the very first home. I knew it was mine. We did go to see other homes, but there really wasn't a need. I told her that day that I had found my house. This let me know that Jennifer really listened to what my must haves were. She found my dream home. She submitted the contract that evening and successfully negotiated some items the seller needed to take care of. 30 days later, I closed on my home. Jennifer was nothing short of amazing and professional. Whenever I sent her a listing she was on it and had a showing scheduled immediately. When we found my new construction home her communication was impeccable and always kept me in the loop every step of the way. Jennifer would speak up for me and made sure even after closing that she was available for any questions or concerns I had. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, genuine,and highly recommended!

Jennifer is amazing!!! I was a 1st time homebuyer and thought I knew what I wanted.
