Toni, is The Most Amazing trainer I've met ! She's knows the women's body in how to tone , lose & build properly, while keeping feminine structure! She is knowledgeable about injury modifications!!! She keeps you accountable! Her classes are worth every bit of sweat !! I was about to give up , then we found each other !! I'm looking forward to more & more !! You won't be disappointed!

Toni is one of the best trainers in Atlanta! She does one on one and group workouts that really focuses on making sure youre form is correct and strength training. Ive seen such improvement in my independent work outs and my body. Shes super encouraging & pay attentions to everyones needs

Ive been with Toni for a year and a half now and have learned so much! She holds me accountable and pushes me to be the best I can be, even when I dont want to. Her one-on-one sessions and group classes are structured and individually tailored. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Very encouraging trainer as well as environment that she fosters. The ladies who attend her classes are REAL! If you need modifications To an exercise Toni will accommodate. Produces real results. I have never been someone who enjoys working out or going to the gym but I truly find that if I cant make a class of hers I get sad and my body craves it now!
