Not only is Mark one of the most engaged and communicative realtors I have ever known, but he is also one of the best informed and understands Atlanta's real estate market better than most realtors. In June 2020, I decided it was time to make a move, so called Mark and talked him into helping me sell the unit I bought through him a couple of years earlier. The property was listed within a week, and he had me under contract within a matter of days. For some, that is pretty much where the service ends. Not only did Mark remain engaged, but he helped keep the sale together (and kept me calm) even when the roof leaked and damaged my unit and the unit below ... the week of closing. His ability to work with agents from other firms, ability to remain level headed and calm (when his client may have a bit of anxiety), and to proactively and calmly communicate with all parties to ensure everyone feels confident about their transactions is beyond compare. There is no other Atlanta realtor with whom I'd rather work.

It is no wonder that Mark Jones is such a successful Realtor! Mark helped us find a home in Atlanta and connected us with a trusted realtor he knew in California to sell our house. The timing was critical because our house was closing in California on the same day our house was closing in Atlanta, so everything had to be perfect. After the inspection revealed a lot of unforeseen expenses, we backed out of that house but our home was still closing. So Mark help us find temporary housing and find another home in a crazy market with high demand and low inventory. He knew what we liked and steered us in that direction. Now, we are always saying, "Thanks to Mark we have a great house, in a great neighborhood that is so convenient. We really love our home." It is really a blessing what he found for us. His negotiating skills are premiere, his work ethic is outstanding and his knowledge of the Atlanta real estate world is unsurpassed. Plus, he makes a daunting task fun and enjoyable. We were always glad to hear from him and to see him because we knew he was taking excellent care representing us in this transaction. I learned a lot from Mark Jones.
