Jon Effron was the best possible realtor my family could have found to help us with our out-of-state move to Atlanta. He's a wonderful listener. He gradually educated us about Atlanta neighborhoods while coaching us about how to narrow our search. As we approached our closing, he gave us excellent advice about how to beat other offers. We really enjoyed our time working with him, and we'd go directly to him if we needed to buy a house again.

Chip Ivie was instrumental in assisting my fianc and I secure a dream starter home in Atlanta. We were moving from out of state, so we didn't know the area at all. He also took the time to understand our needs and wants, and was always available to answer our questions. Chip is incredibly knowledgeable about the Atlanta market. I have known Chip Ivie for almost 7 years now, and he has assisted in my long-distance move to Atlanta as well as finding us our first home in Decatur.
