As time went on she got to understand what I was looking for and she helped me start the process and we closed on my first accpeted offer. She and the team she uses crushed it removing all roadblocks and helping me navigate a lot of things that might have fallen through the cracks. Will use again if she hasn't retired by the time I need another house.

Absolute delight to work with. Couldn't get rentals to respond to do showing of houses. Called this lovely lady and had 3 house viewings a few days later. One week later and we have a new rental. She helped so much with any questions we had, got in contact with rental companies for us and had a wonderful list of houses for us to check out that matched our needs.

We worked with Savanna while we were selling our first house and buying our new home and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly competent, professional, and knowledgeable. She walked us through what we could expect to get for our house and her suggestions for cosmetic changes, pricing, and the timing of listing helped us secure a much higher sales price than we had hoped for! In addition, she was house hunting with us for several months until we found the perfect house. Her guidance, hard work, and patient/calm demeanor kept us sane during an incredibly stressful time and it ultimately paid off as we are now in our dream home!
