I worked with Kisha to buy a residential property and she's pure awesome-ness! Kisha was attentive and responded fast to all my inquiries. She helped us understand the requirements and get the deal to the finish line. She was fully present to support us in every step of the process. I'm the type of person who tries to read everything before signing, and Kisha was my batting-mate who quickly gets any documents that I need and even helps me find answers in the docs to facilitate the process. With time being of the essence, I appreciated Kisha for always being ready to share guidance based on her knowledge/ experience, chase down info when sources are unresponsive, and recommend service providers when needed.
