It was a joy to work with Ken on leasing my home in Smyrna. He came over in person immediately upon my call to assess my home and have pictures taken. I needed good tenants and a signed lease in a very short amount of time in order to close on the home I was moving into and Ken was able to find high quality, qualified tenants in that time.
