Where do I start?! First off let me just say this was my first experience purchasing a home and I honestly dont think it couldve happened without Carla ! She will be my realtor until the end of all our days lol Carla is the best for many reasons; she is extremely prompt! I contacted her in the evening and the very next morning she already took me to showings. No matter how many times I got discouraged by the competitive market she always brought me back up. Carla is a feisty, brilliant and a respectful woman so no one will get over on her/you with anything! She was literally by my side every single step of the way, even came to my house inspection and the closing.. like what realtor does that?! I know Ive never purchased before but through everyone I know that has has never shared the same experience as I and Im so humbly grateful. She is even an interior designer/decorator! And she has impeccable taste. Im just so happy I got to experience her and I wish the same for all of Georgia

Wow! What can I say, Carla Ham is the best! She is thorough, professional, and absolutely wonderful to work with. It is like having a friend on the inside that is working for you because she really cares about her clients. She is always available to answer any questions and help every step of the way. Carlas customer service skills are impeccable! This is my third time working with Carla Ham. She recently listed my house for sale and a week ago we had the open house. We had a bidding war, and went under contract within 72 hours, at over the asking price. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. I highly recommend Carla as she made buying and selling a house such a breeze! Carla is the best real estate agent with whom I have ever worked. She is a very experienced, helpful agent. She is also honest, forthright, and no games.
