When we interviewed real estate agents for the sale of our home in Atlanta, Betsy was of course on our short list. We eventually chose one of her competitors though because they proposed a price point that was higher than what Betsy recommended. Not surprisingly, 10 months later, our home was still on the market with little traction. So we went back to Betsy, put the home on the market at her recommended price, and the home was in contract in just a few weeks. While the speed at which she sold the property was impressive, what was truly impressive was hew ownership of the process from beginning to the very end. We were living in New York during the entire time the house was for sale all the way through closing, and Betsy made herself available to take care of both the smallest little tasks that could have become significant ones without her, and truly enormous tasks that could have wrecked the deal had she not been available to move things along with her signature aplomb. Ive been on both the buy and the sell side of more than a handful of real estate transactions in my life, and Ive literally never seen an agent work harder than Betsy. She wont always tell you what you want to hear, but she will get the job done, and I promise you, she will deserve every penny she earns from the transaction.
