We used Rachel to sell our townhouse - she was the absolute best - from initial conversations through to closing I could not have asked for a better realtor!!! She showed up so professionally and ready to make this the smoothest process/get us the best price, and thats exactly what happened! Was so helpful to have info on comps around us/how the area was performing, her perspective on the right price point, how we could elevate the showings to sell quicker, and the various options/details for off-market and on-market showings. Rachel prepped us SO well going into my first selling experience. She was also great during the selling experience!! She was flexible with our schedules throughout showings, kept us updated throughout, and ultimately put us first throughout the selling/negotiation process. Her expertise and perspective on how to navigate the selling process were so appreciated - she talked us thru each offer (bc of her amazing skills, we got MULTIPLE offers in a matter of DAYS being on the market!!!!) and helped us select the best one for us. When it came time for closing, everything was so seamless as she worked in the background to ensure everything was complete on the buyers side / anything outstanding on my side to keep deadlines in tact. We ended up selling OVER asking price, with an ideal timeline, and with no complications/surprises. All along the way Rachel prepared us so well for what to expect and what would be needed from us during and after the process. She is SO knowledge about the ATL real estate market, and the intricate details of the buying and selling process because her family has been in the business for a while across various aspects of real estate. Oh and as a bonus, she has a great personality and is an incredibly kind and thoughtful human. I highly recommend Rachel for all of your buying and selling needs!!!
