Wow. Caleb has to be one of the best realtors in Atlanta. He made the process of purchasing our first home incredibly smooth and easy. We didnt know what to expect and Caleb went above and beyond for us. He knows what hes doing, hes always there to help answer questions and hes just an all around great person. Caleb has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning he took the time to listen to our needs and delivered properties to us that truly were a great fit. My fianc and I could tell immediately that he was not hear to get the most money out of us. He was honest and gave us valid points on why certain properties were not a good fit. We will continue to use Caleb in the future and will recommend him to any of our friends and family. Also, with the housing market so hot right now, he was even able to show us pocket listings that hadnt hit the market yet!

Caleb was amazing! He helped me with everything I hired him to do. I work long odd hours and he was available 24/7. He had a good eye for good quality and found many good homes. We looked for months and finally found the one! I would highly recommend him to anyone, he was a pleasure to do business with.
