Laura is the ultimate in a professional realtor. She listened carefully to what was important to us and helped us find it. She has a wealth of knowledge and a carefully curated list of experts to help with anything she cant handle herself. Best of all, she is a kind, joyful, witty woman we enjoyed spending time with during a sometimes stressful experience. She was always available to answer any question and now is helping us with renovation and repairs. Laura is a treasure.

Laura Brookshire was our realtor and she is excellent. We had a lot of bumps along the way and Laura made us comfortable with the process. It was so nice to know she had our back in general - it felt like she was looking for a house for a family member the way she paid attention to detail and took everybody to task every step of the way. Also, as we were house-searching during times of COVID, she took extra precaution at each step to make us and the sellers feel safe. We would highly recommend Laura as a realtor, and actually already have insisted that family members work with her to begin their search for a home.

Justin Vickery is the absolute best. He made my home buying experience easy and carefree. I didn't know anything about buying a house. I just knew I wanted to buy a house. Justin laid everything out clearly and provided a very accurate timeline that let me know what I could expect and when. I used my VA home loan and the VA under valued the property. Justin spent so much time finding more comps and writing a letter to the VA for the VA's reconsideration of value process. The VA agreed with Justin's findings and I was able to buy my dream home. Justin was always available to talk, text, or email and was very responsive. He worked way harder than I did in the process and this was a true blessing to be able to work with him. With Justin's many years in the home buying industry he was able to give me honest recomendations when looking at houses. He dropped everything he was doing and would go anywhere to show me a house, even on short notice. He also has many recommended home inspectors, mortgage comapnies and set up all the appointments for the radon and termite inspections. This was such a great experience and I know who I will go to if I need to buy another house in the future. I highly recommend giving Justin a call!
