This might be the wildest house closing story youll ever read, so before I get into it I want to start by saying that Trip is hands down the best real estate professional Ive ever worked with. When I say he goes above & beyond, he shoots past the stars. He will go to bat for you when you strike out and then hit a winning home run.
I initially put my house on the market with a different realtor, as I was moving to Chicago from Atlanta. After 50 days on the market, I had zero offers and zero interest. This was my first time selling, so I really did not understand what was going wrong, but this was time sensitive as I needed to close to move.
After speaking to my initial listing agent, it was decided to mutually separate, as they were not able to give me what I needed. A few friends suggested I talk to Trip, so I gave him a call and immediately knew he was the listing agent I needed.
Within a week, Trip staged my house to perfection (it looked like a home out of a magazine), had a photographer come out for new photos, and re-listed my home. Trip also spent hours doing yard work HIMSELF to make sure it was ready to list. The amount of time and effort he put into staging my home was quite literally the exact opposite of what the other realtor had done. Trip genuinely cared about getting my house to closing as quickly as possible and I gave him full autonomy to do anything he needed to the house to accomplish that. Trip came to my house multiple times a week to ensure the outdoor plants were watered and my house was in pristine condition.
Trip had my house under contract in 6 days. He has strong connections with the Atlanta real estate community and knew exactly what the buyer demographic would look like. Aka, he brought in the right people.
Two weeks before closing, Trip called me with a serious issue The buyers attorney had found an easement on my house and a possible active sewage line running underground through the middle of my home. When I purchased the home, this was never discussed to me, so I was in complete and utter shock.
At this point, the buyers were ready to back out and I was ready to rip my hair out. Trip tirelessly went to battle to ensure that did not happen (including me not ripping my hair out lol). He called me at least once a day to provide me with updates; the communication was next level. He even went to Atlanta city offices to obtain easement documents AND found the original builder of the home, contacted him, and discovered that the easement had been amended and sewage pipes had been moved.
After this relieving discovery, the buyers were still not convinced and wanted to back out of the sale. We waited anxiously for the survey to return and did not know if the buyers would show at closing until TWO DAYS before closing. Trip negotiated with the buyers and their agent and finally reached an agreement to ensure we closed.
The entire time during the easement situation, I could not help but to be overly thankful that I had Trip in my court rather than my previous agent. I genuinely believe the previous listing agent wouldve quit with how stressful the situation was.
Trip did not give up and he fought to close my home on the originally scheduled date. I do not believe my house wouldve closed had it not been for the immense effort, perseverance, and dedication from Trip. I cannot thank him enough.
Needlessly to say, Trip is your trusted Atlanta agent. The real estate market is flooded with agents and Trip is a one-in-a-million diamond agent. I will forever recommend him for all of your real estate needs and you can trust that he WILL show up for you and treat you like family.

Originally, our home was being shown by a different realtor- we were not happy with their marketing efforts. Trip and his photographer captured the beauty of our home and surroundings, perfectly, including the special areas that made our home truly memorable.
Trip and his team worked diligently at staging our home and it showed beautifully. Trip procured ferns and pine straw and his own planters for our showings. Because of Trips wide network, our home sold immediately - all questions answered thoughtfully and thoroughly.
I highly recommend Trip Medders. Due to his negotiating skills, we secured a fine offer and closed quite quickly.

From our initial meeting, it was clear that he was deeply committed to getting the best value for our property. Trips experience and knowledge of the housing market were evident from the start, but what truly set Trip apart was the level of dedication and attention to detail.
He masterfully staged our home, making it both inviting and alluring to potential buyers. By organizing contractors, he ensured that every minor issue was addressed, presenting our house in the best possible light. The result? Our listing was under contract at FULL price on the very day it was posted!
Throughout the process, Trip kept us informed, offered invaluable advice, and always had our best interests at heart. It felt like partnering with a trusted friend rather than just a realtor.
To anyone looking to sell or buy a property, I wholeheartedly recommend Trip. Not only will you benefit from top-tier expertise, but you'll also enjoy peace of mind knowing you're in the hands of someone who truly cares about achieving the best outcome for you.
Thank you, Trip, for making our selling experience seamless and rewarding. We are beyond grateful!
