After 24 years of living in Chicago, I decided to return to Georgia where I had previously worked and attended grad school. My real estate agent, John Ladky, played a major role my smooth transition to Atlanta. I enjoyed many aspects of living in Chicago, and those impacted the must have. My wants included a walkable neighborhood, a garage, an outdoor space for gardening, proximity to parks / the beltline, and either a single family or townhome. John personalized my home search showing me properties that fit my unique needs as a buyer while educating me about the Atlanta market along the way. In addition to presenting a successful contract favorable to me as a buyer, Johns contribution was not limited to the purchase.
