Selling realtors beware! If Mitali Patel shows your house.youre in for a nightmare. Are you ready for a 6 hour final walkthrough the day before closing with bullying unreasonable demands for things SHE omitted from paperwork? Want your cleaning lady verbally abused? Shes your agent! Disrespectful to selling agent? Shes got that down to a science! Greedy. Disrespectful. Ugly.

I had the pleasure of recently purchasing an investment property with Mitali's help. Mitali is very knowledgable and works very hard to get her clients the best deal possible. She helped me get in contact with multiple contractors to help renovate the property and still follows up after closing. I would recommend everyone to utilize Mitali's services for purchase or sale of a property.
