Ann Marie was amazing! She was patient with us through the whole process, educated on the area and organized. She had a plan for each house visit. She helped us prep our house prior to selling by telling us exactly what needed to be done and even checked on us throughout with words of encouragement and it worked- we were under contract in three days! We had one week to find another house and we reached that goal too and couldnt be happier! Its so nice to have someone experienced and wonderful when going through a double closing! Couldnt have going it without her and recommend her to anyone!

AnnMarie has sold two of my homes! Both sold in less than a week. She was always available and made the process stress-free! I would highly recommend AnnMarie as a realtor. If we ever list our current home I will definitely do so with AnnMarie.

So from day one she helped us look at everything get us in to see the houses we wanted to see tell us anything wrong with it gave us honest feed back worked late hours with the lender to help get things done supported us through the hard times of the closing process and most of all gave a warm re assuring hand to my pregnant wife of 8 months during the contract period of our home. She has the knowledge of the area accurate information regarding the home and does whatever she has to make it a smooth and easy process. Very prompt in responding to emails texts and phone calls and most of all listens to what you want in a home and doesnt try to pressure you into something out of budget or not what youre looking for shes not pushy and gives honest feedback she went above and beyond for us got us to close under 30 days me my wife 5 year old son and baby on the way will be forever grateful for the opportunity to have her as a realtor but also as a friend.
