I feel like the luckiest person to have Rodney as my realtor. Rodney is very profesional, very reliable, was always available to answer any questions, very attentive and a great listener. I told him what type of property I wanted and my future plans for this property. I lived out of state so he said he would prepare a list of properties for me . When I came to town, I was amazed at the amount of properties we covered in a day and a half. He was such a good listener that on that first day we saw the perfect house for me. We've bought 3 homes and sold 2 to date and this realtor experience was by far the best. Rodney navigated the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home simultaneously. He is knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and a true advocate for his clients. I believe our selling/ home buying process went as smoothly as it did mainly because Rodney was a part of our team.
