This review is long overdue. I had a fire damaged property in Atlanta that I needed to get rid of because of the extensive work it needed. I called several people to try to sell it and did not feel comfortable with any of those companies. I met with Berto from Cruz Investments and really appreciated his transparency regarding the entire selling process and he made me a very fair cash offer and we closed on the property within 2 weeks which was much sooner that expected. I can't thank him enough for taking a burdensome property off my hands with such professionalism and integrity. Highly recommend.

Working with Cruz Properties was wonderful. We especially loved working with Angie, who was competent, kind and honest. She made us feel heard and comfortable throughout the entire process of selling our home to an Investor. Angie and her team were all professional and quickly found an investor to buy our house. Her attention to detail and tenacious demeanor allowed us to move through the process quickly, but correctly. We quoted a price and it was accepted, even with the home in need of major repairs and work left by tenants who mistreated and left the house in bad shape. Whenever you work with someone online, you take a chance. The reviews about Cruz Properties helped me make the decision to reach out to them, but it was Angies consistency and the fact that details always moved forward at a steady pace, despite setbacks, that made me comfortable with the whole process. Cruz Properties closing attorney was straightforward in settling all paperwork and payment. I highly recommend Angie and her team at Cruz Properties to anyone whos looking to sell their home outside of a real estate agent. I believe the deal was fair and the timeframe was fast. Cruz Properties is the real deal and the people who work with them are legitimate. I thank them for being there for my family when we needed their services.
