Buttermilk Biscuit

My sister and I decided to visit this established for brunch. We initially arrived at 11 but they were full not because they were busy but because it is very small. We ended coming back around 12:30 which is the best time to visit in my opinion. We started with shareables , the fried green tomatoes and crispy catfish nuggets. These items did not disappoint. The fried green tomatoes were very crispy and flavorful as well the catfish nuggets. We really didnt taste the pineapple in the carafe of mimosa. It tasted just like champagne. We order the Early Bird( chicken and waffle) the waffles are good cooked light the chicken couldve been fried crispier. In my opinion the menu needs to be tweaked. The Al carte could become very expensive. The owner did provide us with a $5 coupon in regards to our conversation of the menu. I would visit again. We spent about $60 each!! We split the tab.

Food and Service was excellent. Our Server T was attentive and our food was delicious! The appetizer of Fried Green Tomatoes is highly recommended. The Fried Coastal Platter was on point! Definitely plan to return soon!

Me and a friend got to the restaurant about 8:30am. Even though the sign said wait to be seated, we were told to find a table. A minute later a white couple came in and the man at the bar quickly ran over to them and placed them at a table. The waitress came over and asked us if we wanted something to drink. We both said coffee. The waitress went to the bar to get the coffee, we thought. After listening to the waitress and the man at the bar having casual conversation for five minutes, I got up to ask if they needed to make the coffee. She said no the coffee is already made. I asked if she could give us our coffee. The waitress turned around at looked at me puzzled. I said I can understand if your conversation was about restaurant business but it wasnt. They were puzzled at my comment. I said we are still waiting for our coffee and you are back here joking around. There were only four customers in the restaurant. We decided that this establishment really didnt value our time nor was interested in providing service. Very unprofessional! We wont be coming back.

There Biscuits are delicious and you can eat one biscuit in two different servings. Food is fresh for the most part.

Stumbled on this place after jazzing the airport and wanting some breakfast. Nice quant atmosphere with available dine in seating, including a small patio out front. I placed a to go order, and the service was great from the start. I ended up ordering pancakes, catfish bites, the biscuit trio, biscuit sandwich with chicken, and the catfish, shrimp and grits. The grits were by far my favorite. Super creamy and flavorful. Pancakes were good and the catfish was as well. Biscuits were super soft and fluffy. Probably would forego sandwich next time, but based off the grits alone, I'll be back. Looking forward to dining in next time and enjoying a drink from the bar as well. Parking: Plenty of parking right in front as it's located in a Plaza. Kid-friendliness: Nice vibe inside, has small tables, suitable environment for kids.
