The SSMG experience truly took half of the stress and worry on the steps and processes to close on a short sale. From our initial consultation with Rob, we were comfortable that we made the right decision to go this route. Rob was realistic and very transparent with us. After many attorney calls and reviewing our situation (prior to reaching out to Rob Carrino), we knew we had to act quickly to find a solution and 'know' exactly what we were in for based on 'our' situation: 2 lien holders on our mortgage, etc. The team was prompt and WE were also reactive and were diligent in getting ALL paperwork required to the team. We had a sense of urgency to ensure that our buyer did not have to wait longer than normal. No matter how long the process is, it could not be short enough. However, we have the best Thanksgiving one could ask for this year, despite all that is going on in the world around us. I felt jubilated when the closing attorney sent us a note "we are recorded". I did not even realize how tense I was until those words. However, it is not without the tireless persistence and assistance from Rob and the team: Berna, Jane, C.J. - THANK YOU ALL!!
